At Flagncraft, we are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your business information. Customer data is accessible only to authorized personnel within our organization and is used strictly on a need-to-know basis for operational purposes.
We regularly review and upgrade our systems to maintain the highest level of data security. Personal information will never be shared with unauthorized third parties and will only be disclosed if required by applicable law or legal authorities.
Designs Non-Disclosure Policy
We value every client relationship and respect brand confidentiality. While we may showcase selected work in our portfolio, we fully understand the importance of protecting proprietary designs.
Clients who prefer their products not to be displayed may formally request design confidentiality.
Premium Client Eligibility
This option is available to premium clients who have placed cumulative orders of USD $6,000 or more (minimum of three separate orders, each valued at least USD $2,000).
Your intellectual property remains secure with Flagncraft.
Brand Marketing Policy
At Flagncraft, we believe in mutual growth and long-term partnerships. With client consent, we may feature your brand name or products in marketing initiatives to help increase visibility and sales opportunities.
We may also refer potential buyers directly to your brand when appropriate. No promotional activity will be conducted without prior approval from the client.
Confidentiality
Client records are treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except to trusted agents, manufacturers, suppliers, or when legally required. Clients may request copies of their records with reasonable notice.
We recommend that clients retain copies of any documents, contracts, or information shared with them. Any browsing data collected through our website is reviewed internally for operational purposes and then discarded.
Delivery Charges and Policy
We primarily use DHL, FedEx, and Skynet Courier for shipments, although alternative courier services may be selected depending on the destination.
Estimated Delivery Time
DHL and FedEx priority services typically deliver within four to five business days. Standard parcel services may take up to two weeks within the USA and Canada, and two to three weeks for remote locations.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once goods have been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier company. Tracking details will be provided; however, Flagncraft is not liable for delays, damages, or lost shipments caused by the courier.
Delays in Delivery
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and delivery addresses. Flagncraft is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect details, inaccessible locations, or absence of an authorized recipient.
Once dispatched, any delivery delay falls under the courier’s responsibility.
Fabric Specification
We offer full fabric customization based on client requirements. For smaller orders, fabric may be sourced from available market stock that closely matches requested specifications.
Custom Fabric Requirement
Exact fabric blends and custom knitting require a minimum order of 1,000 pieces. In such cases, laboratory test reports can be provided to verify fabric composition and quality standards.
Delays in Approval for Shipment
Upon completion of production, Flagncraft can store finished goods for up to 15 days without charge.
Storage Charges
After 15 days, a storage fee of USD $50 per day will apply.
If a client does not respond within one month, we will not be responsible for the goods unless outstanding storage charges are cleared.
Shipment Approval Policy
To ensure accuracy, shipment approval is requested prior to dispatch. If no response is received within the specified timeframe, Flagncraft reserves the right to ship the goods without further confirmation and will not be liable for issues arising thereafter.
Orders remaining unapproved for more than two months may be canceled without refund.
